In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or unusable we will of course refund you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date and details of the damage. Photos may be required. We ask you to return the damaged items (which we will cover the cost for) and we will then exchange or refund the item.
Please note: All damages must be reported within 7 days of the item being dispatched.
Any items outside of this time will be considered at the discretion of the manager, but not guaranteed.
We are happy to give a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange any item that you no longer want if this is reported to us within 14 days. This is on the condition that the item is not damaged, or opened and is in a sellable condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of the return postage to ourselves. If you have an item you’d like to return please email us on email@example.com.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.
