How much is delivery?
How long will my order take?
We dispatch all orders within 3 days. These are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please see our Delivery page for full details. Please note certain products take longer as they are handmade especially for you. It will state on the product if this is the case.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payments securely via Paypal. Don’t have Paypal? Thats no problem you can pay with your credit or debit card via Paypal.
My item is damaged- what do I do?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or unusable we will of course refund you. Please email email@example.com with your order number, date and details of the damage. Photos may be required. We ask you to return the damaged items (which we will cover the cost for) and we will then exchange or refund the item.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We are happy to give a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange any item that you no longer want if this is reported to us within 14 days. This is on the condition that the item is not damaged, or opened and is in a sellable condition. You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of the return postage to ourselves. If you have an item you’d like to return please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order hasn’t arrived, help!
All orderes are dispatched within 3 days, and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class so should be with you within 5 working days. If after this time your order hasn’t arrived please email us.
Orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we can provide you with a tracking number.
Will my products be exactly as they appear online?
Yes, although for handmade or hand finished items there may be some slight differences in colour and finish, due to their one of a kind nature!
